The Fitness Specialists are an independent, Private Personal Training facility located in Rosalie, Paddington. Because when you look and feel fantastic, everything in life is better.Owners Chris Williams and Phill Grouls are fully qualified personal trainers and have a combined 25 years experience. We are both qualified in bio-mechanics, rehabilitation, nutrition, pre and post natal. Chris is a 500 hour yoga and meditation teacher. Phill has a background in Martial Arts.Our studio is light and airy and has maintained its heritage look. The interior is a private space, hidden from the public eye, however we still have beautiful leafy views. The studio is fully equipped with ample space for training for both 1 on 1 and 1 on 2 training. We are a passionate team here to help you achieve your fitness goals and live your best life!
