Skye is individual and relationship therapist. She practises an evidence-based, trauma informed approach, combining relational therapy with research in neuroscience, attachment theory and mindfulness. Skye has an integrative approach drawing upon her training in Expressive therapies, & Internal Family Systems to tailor to each unique individuals needs. Skye sees kids, adolescents and adults.
