Site establishment in Mosman is part of the work Matt Bandiera and Outdoor Escape Landscaping carry out before any landscape construction begins. It involves setting out access, protection, fencing, set-out and services so the build can run smoothly and safely. Protecting existing trees, structures and finished surfaces from the very first day avoids damage that can be costly to repair. Mosman, administered by Mosman Council, is known for Federation homes on steep harbour-facing blocks above Middle Harbour, with Hawkesbury sandstone close to the surface, so access routes and rock work need planning from the outset. Outdoor Escape Landscaping lodges and manages council approvals and surveys, keeping paperwork aligned with what happens on site. Where the house is still being built, early coordination with the builder can secure machine access before driveways and fences close the gap. Decking and screening are related services. The team also establishes sites in Roseville, Lindfield and Killara.
