PVC Cafe Blinds are not a long term solution to us as they can have problems Tearing & coming apart in strong winds and there visual appearance does not complement most modern homes. As they roll up & down they continually scrath & make up giving a cloudy look and most come with a 2 or 3 year conditional guarantee. (They do not cope in strong winds)
