Business Description
The LTO Tracker is a free online platform built by the Land Transportation Office of the Philippines. It was created to give vehicle owners and licensed drivers a way to monitor the status of their plates and license cards without visiting an LTO branch.
The LTO has been dealing with a serious backlog of undelivered motor vehicle plates since as far back as 2014. Driver’s license card shortages added to that problem in 2023. People were lining up at offices, asking the same questions repeatedly, and leaving with no answers. The LTO Tracker was introduced to cut through that cycle and give people real information on demand.
