Once you have chosen the correct company name, you can begin to register the trade name. You are able to register your trade name as you like, as long as it's distinct and is not trademarked under a different name. There are however certain restrictions and rules. It is not permitted to make use of terms such as "Global" or "International" in the beginning of your business name.
