Hi Im a Wellness Coach because I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Im a certified Life Coach (Robbins/Madanes), Breathworker (Breathmasters) Yoga Teacher (Santosha), Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher (Being Yoga), Lymphatic Massage therapist, studied with Eckhart Tolle, spent years as a Counsellor, Case Manager, and Communication Specialist. As a teenager, I spent four years receiving classical voice training, continue to be a singer/songwriter & discovered my gift for Sound Healing whilst Yoga training in Indonesia in 2017. The insights I have gained from many wise teachers, my own life experiences & positive change, form the foundation of the healing support I offer clients in person & online
