At Star Academy Kids Early Learning Centre, our story started with a simple idea: families deserve an early learning environment that feels personal, welcoming and genuinely caring.

Our founders, Rami and Pascal Nakhle, shared a strong passion for early childhood education and wanted to create something different from the larger, more impersonal childcare environments. Pascal’s hands-on experience in early education gave them a close understanding of what children need to feel comfortable, supported and encouraged, as well as what families look for when choosing care for their little ones.

That vision became a reality with our first centre in Liverpool. What began as a small community-focused centre soon became a place where children felt at home and families felt genuinely connected. From the beginning, our focus has been on getting to know every child as an individual, understanding their interests and supporting their development in a way that suits them.

As Star Academy Kids has grown across Sydney, we’ve remained committed to the values that shaped us from the start. While our centres have become part of more communities, our approach has stayed personal. We believe children benefit from being known, listened to and encouraged, rather than simply being part of a large group.

Our dedicated team of educators brings warmth, experience and enthusiasm to every day. They create opportunities for children to explore, learn, build friendships and develop confidence while receiving the individual attention they need.

For us, an early learning centre is about much more than care. It is a place where children should feel safe, valued and encouraged to be curious. It is also a place where families feel welcomed, heard and confident that their child is receiving genuine care and support.
