Michael Safar is a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®), licensed real estate professional and experienced property investment leader approaching two decades in the industry. His career began in 2009. During his first decade, Michael worked concurrently across three professional disciplines. His experience included working as a Senior Financial Planner and SMSF Accredited Specialist, Mortgage Broker and Finance Consultant, licensed buyer’s agent and Property Investment Adviser. Since 2019, he has dedicated his professional focus exclusively to property investment strategy, research, sourcing and acquisition.

This breadth of experience gives Michael a genuine 360 degree understanding of property investment. He understands how each decision connects with cash flow, borrowing capacity, holding costs, risk, portfolio structure, family plans and the life a client wants to create.
