At Repose Yoga, we look after each student by having small sized classes. We integrate the ancient wisdom of Yoga in the most fun, accessible and modern way. Studio Classes : We focus on teaching classes in small groups in a warm and friendly environment. Lessons are taught in a small class (maximum 5) whereby individual attention is provided. Your Yoga lesson will be tailored to suit your age, flexibility and skill level, while taking into account any injuries or issues in the body. Zoom Classes : Bringing the studio to your living room. The classes are kept small and individual attention and correction of technique is emphasized. Corporate Classes : Bringing Yoga to your workplace. Practice Yoga in your meeting room before work, during lunch or after work
