Hot water system repairs and replacements come first here. Drainage covers blocked drains, blocked sewers, blocked stormwater and CCTV drain camera inspections, emergency plumbing covers burst pipes, overflowing toilets, no hot water and gas leaks, and general plumbing covers tap repairs, toilet repairs and cisterns, bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing and sinks, leak detection and gas fitting. We are on call 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and $100 comes off the bill if we are late. All labour carries a lifetime labour warranty, backed by our Fix-It-or-It's-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply). Most of the apartment stock went up in the 2010s building wave, which puts the original tanks, elements and relief valves at failing age, and when one hose or valve lets go, its twins on other floors often follow; while the older houses on Montpelier Hill still tie into earthenware sewer connections from the mid-1930s. We also cover Albion, Newstead, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Spring Hill. MPAQ members, locally owned and not a franchise, card and EFTPOS on the spot. Mention this offer and a tap replacement is $80 off, T&Cs apply. Call and tell us which floor you are on.
