Medicines and tests. Sell from your own pharmacy and the stock goes down by itself. You are told what is finishing and what is near expiry. Lab tests are ordered and the result is saved with the patient.

Money. Bills are made at the counter with tax worked out for you. You can see what came in today, this week and this month.
