We provide a freight management software product (called Myfreight IQ). This is a cloud-based online system that takes the dimensions, weight and sending from and to addresses, and provides quotes from various transport carriers to our customers. The system generates labels, is used to track freight, and integrates with our customer's warehouse management systems to automate the process of shipping freight. We also provide the service of freight management (in conjunction with our software), we call this Myfreight Premium. Myfreight Premium includes managing all aspects of our customer's supply chain, including rates negotiation, customer service (booking in collections, providing proof of delivery and ETAs), invoicing, putting in claims for lost and damaged freight etc.
