I have been a qualified counsellor since 2019 and have done extensive training in trauma counselling to assist people to overcome and move beyond their difficult past. I work with body-based interventions that enable regulation giving my clients the ability to think clearly. I take a trauma informed approach to ensure my clients have a positive identity building their ability to bounce back from life’s challenges. A major aspect of my counselling and coaching is connecting my clients to their strengths rather than working with their deficits. Having a strengths-based approach allows everyone the freedom to live their brilliance. Also offering parent coaching and youth counselling. Located in Roxburg.
