Local Gordon Park Hot Water

Under Gordon Park's raised timber houses, the still, damp air of the undercroft corrodes a tank's underside and relief line years before the element fails. Local Gordon Park Hot Water is a licensed and insured hot water team serving Gordon Park and Brisbane's northside, QBCC No. 15024607, with 200+ five-star Google reviews. You'll find us at 7/19 Jack Street, Gordon Park, QLD 4031, and the number to call is (07) 3523 7158. We charge a $0 call-out fee, agree a flat-rate price before work starts, and never add a surcharge for nights, weekends or public holidays. Heat pump, solar, electric storage, gas storage and continuous flow systems are all in our range. Replacement comes first when a cylinder has rusted out, and we install new units for new builds, renovations and relocations, sized to the household. Repairs cover elements, thermostats, relief valves, pilot and ignition faults and tripped breakers, no-hot-water callouts are attended same-day where we can, and licensed gasfitters do the gas work. We will be honest about repair versus replace rather than pushing a new system. Installs attract $220 cashback, T&Cs apply. The phone is answered 24/7, seven days a week, and if we are late, $100 comes off the bill. All labour carries a lifetime labour warranty backed by our Fix-It-or-It's-Free guarantee. Most of the suburb's housing is interwar, with units ranging from elderly electric tanks to recent heat pump swaps, and the February 2022 floods put the flats beside Kedron Brook underwater, so any ground-level system that took a soaking needs a proper check. We also cover Kedron, Lutwyche, Grange and Stafford. Call for a fixed price, any day of the week.
