Weight management, nutrition and fitness for life is what we specialise in! The owner herself is an accredited dietitian & qualified personal trainer, holding just under 10 years of accumulative nutrition and fitness training experience. Clients do their training in a private or semi private setting. Outside of those training sessions, they are guided 1 on 1 through all other aspects of fitness including fitness and lifestyle habits. We have online and hybrid programs available as well so we can service anyone in the Perth area! We are a beautiful and inclusive community and would love to see you soon!
