Hello Doc Australia

HelloDoc is an Australian telehealth service that provides accessible and inclusive mental health care through online psychiatric consultations. Their platform connects patients with qualified psychiatrists via secure video calls, offering support for a wide range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. HelloDoc’s mission is to make professional mental health support available to anyone, regardless of location, with services offered across all Australian states and territories. Patients can obtain a referral from their own GP or use HelloDoc’s partner service, HelloGP, for a same-day telehealth referral. While the service is designed for convenience and expert care, users are encouraged to review billing policies and FAQs beforehand, as there have been some public concerns regarding pricing and follow-up care.
