By using scrap steel as a raw material in EAF steelmaking, we can enhance secondary production and recycling, reducing emissions associated with primary steel production. Additionally, hydrogen-based DRI, which uses hydrogen from renewable energy sources instead of traditional fossil fuels, generates almost no carbon emissions.
