Family Electrician Burleigh Waters

Family Electrician Burleigh Waters is the local family-owned team looking after this family-oriented canal-and-lake suburb behind Burleigh Heads beach, known for its waterfront homes and relaxed lifestyle. We handle general electrical, switchboard upgrades and safety switches, power points, LED lighting and downlights, ceiling and exhaust fans, fault-finding and repairs, smoke alarm compliance, house rewiring and EV charger installation, all with free quotes and upfront pricing. Developed in stages from the 1970s and officially named in 1981, Burleigh Waters is a planned estate of spacious family homes, many on waterfront blocks, with later townhouse and unit infill near the district centre. Those large homes on waterfront blocks commonly have pools and spas needing compliant, RCD-protected dedicated circuits, while original 1970s-80s houses from the first estate stages often need switchboard upgrades to add modern safety switches and capacity. Older waterfront homes around Galeen Drive and Christine Avenue are frequently renovated or extended too, triggering partial rewires and circuit additions. As a low-lying canal-and-lake estate sitting around four metres above sea level, waterfront blocks here are vulnerable to storm-tide, king-tide and heavy-rainfall inundation, and salt air off the canals makes corrosion-aware wiring a real consideration on jetties, pools and outdoor areas of waterside properties. From homes near Burleigh Lake Park to blocks off Bermuda Street, we deliver tidy, compliant work every time. Ring our friendly local family team today for same-day service, a workmanship guarantee and a free, honest quote. Family Electrician Burleigh Waters, 33 Sunshine Boulevard, Burleigh Waters, QLD 4220.
