Dreams Alive Care is an NDIS provider that offers various services to help people with disabilities live their best lives. Our mission is to be the best at what we do, and we strive to ensure that our participants are happy with what we provide.

Dreams Alive Care supports NDIS participants with either self- managed or plan managed plans. We work closely with our participants and families to ensure empowerment through individually tailored services to maximise participants choice and control.
