For much of my professional life, I focused on building businesses, leading teams, delivering results & growing my career.

Over a 25+ year leadership journey, I experienced many of the challenges professionals face in their careers, leadership roles & lives -career transitions, uncertainty about the future, difficult relationships, self-doubt, competing priorities & the constant pressure to perform, grow & evolve.

These experiences taught me that meaningful growth is shaped not only by knowledge & skills, but also by our beliefs, behaviours, decisions, relationships & ability to navigate change.

This realization led me on a deeper journey through Coaching, Mentoring, Mindfulness, NLP, Behaviour Change methodologies, Landmark programs & personal development.

In September 2024, I transitioned from corporate leadership to work full-time as a Coach & Mentor. My intention was simple: to create a confidential, personalized & non-judgmental space where individuals can pause, reflect, gain clarity, navigate change & move forward with greater confidence, purpose & impact.

Today, I combine 25+ years of corporate leadership experience, lessons from my own life journey & professional coaching & mentoring expertise to support people through personal, career & leadership growth.

Over my corporate career, I built businesses, led teams, managed change & mentored 1,000+ professionals. Since September 2024, I have coached & mentored 50+ clients through one-on-one engagements.
