The centre provides a broad range of NDIS, government-funded and fee-for-service supports, including support coordination, core supports and school leaver employment supports (SLES). Breakthru Charlestown is also proud to deliver Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), helping people with disability, injury or illness find their way into work, study or volunteering with hands-on, personalised guidance.
