Bildrix Inc

Bildrix is AI construction takeoff and estimating software for contractors of any size bidding commercial and residential work from PDF plan sets in the United States and Canada. Upload a plan set and Bildrix counts and measures it: rooms, doors, windows and walls; electrical devices, wire runs and panel schedules; plumbing fixtures. It flags the counts it isn't sure of, so you check a few lines instead of the whole sheet. The same numbers then become a priced estimate, a proposal your client signs online, change orders when the drawings change, progress invoices and QuickBooks-ready exports. Built for estimators, electrical contractors, plumbing contractors and general contractors, in English and French. Your first takeoff is free.
