BCC Homes (formerly Barnett Construction Co.) first started in 2010. We were just a small carpentry gang working for different builders on new home construction projects in NSW and Southeast Queensland. We grew from our small crew of 3 men on the ground to an overall group of about 8-separate gangs working across all of SEQ. That was our bread-and-butter journey.

The next venture came when we joined forces and formed a family building company that specialised in investment homes, particularly dual-dwellings and high-end waterfront properties – a polarising work set, yet an enlightening, rapid-growth journey. Under this business banner, Sam built 1200 homes under his licence and became respected in his field as an expert in all types of home construction. That was our growth journey.

We are experienced medium-rise builders who specialise in Granny Flat construction and Bathroom & Kitchen renovations on the Gold Coast and South Brisbane.
