Our Facilities and Services include: Fully enclosed kennels: Having individual kennels securely enclosed stops snakes, toads and ants. It also enables pets who are grazers to have their food left with them overnight and allows us to monitor each individual pets food and water intake. The sound proof kennels help alleviate stress for anxious pets who are scared of storms. You are more than welcome to bring any bedding blankets and toys from home to make their stay more comfortable. Included Hydrobath As part of our superior standard of care, your dogs receive a hydrobath flea and tick rinse every week, as well as the day before going home keeping your dogs safe clean and comfortable. This practice also keeps the kennels and your dogs bedding free of fleas for your peace of mind. They also recieve a brush and spritz when you pick them up, making your furry friends look good and smell great for the journey home. Temperature Controlled All facilities are air-conditioned and kept warm in winter and cool in summer which is perfect for your pets who are most affected by the heat or cold. Premium Food Only the best will do which is why we use "Black Hawk" dog biscuits, an Australian made, premium, holistic brand of pet food. We supplement this with chicken and rice balls, tuna, and roast chicken. If your dog is allowed we will happily spoil them with a schmacko or liver treat before bed. For your cats we also use "Black Hawk" cat biscuits. This is supplemented with Wiskas, Purr or Fancy Feast wet food, which is given according to your regular feeding schedule. Just let us know what type of food your cat prefers. As an option you can choose to bring in your own food for your pet which we will feed them at no extra charge. Run Yards: At Abbeyards we know how important it is for your dog to have regular exercise and your dogs go out into the grassed or sand yards 3 times for day - morning,lunch and before bedtime.
